The primary goal of our Sales & Service Representatives is to deliver exemplary customer service to every customer. In this role, you will identify sales opportunities for broadband and telecommunication services. You will provide customer solutions and recommendations to ensure customers get the most out of the technology they enjoy, and provide education on streaming over the internet.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, professionalism, and solid customer service. You will handle service calls ranging from billing and payments to inquiries about plan changes and upgrades. While you offer solutions and resolve issues, you’ll work to transition each call into a sales opportunity by helping customers understand how their use of technology and devices affects the internet speed in their homes and businesses.
Our Sales & Service Representatives work as a team to meet quarterly sales goals.
- Recent sales and customer service-related experience that required the ability to think critically, and solve problems effectively
- Team Player
- Proficiency with basic computer functions including Word, Excel and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be an active listener
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) – Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30 p.m. We offer an excellent benefit package with medical/dental, eye care, wellness, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, disability, long term care and life insurance coverage.
